The Kasar Guarantee

We guarantee your project will;

• Be completed on time and on budget
• Meet all applicable Canadian regulations and become HACCP compliant (if full program implementation is contracted)

To validate this guarantee the customer must:

• Promptly implement the recommendations with respect to Food Safety Programs, Products and Services as set out by Kasar;
• Take the necessary steps to ensure ongoing compliance with Programs as recommended by Kasar;
• Properly notify Kasar of any problems/or incidents that relate to or have the potential to affect the Food Safety Programs, Products and Services;
• Properly notify Kasar of any subsequent changes that may impact on the Food Safety Programs, Products and Services being provided by Kasar or the Compliance Certificate;
• Contract with Kasar to conduct the food safety compliance audit.

In the event of a breach by Kasar of the guarantee outlined above, Kasar’s liability will be limited to a re-performance of any service or the replacement of any defective component of the product or program.
