New Website Offers Help with Food Safety

Kasar Canada Ltd. launched a new website this month designed to offer direction for companies seeking improvement in their food safety practices. The site outlines some of the current industry trends, and information on various government and industry practices and regulations. Prominent on the site is information on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. Now the foundation for most international standards of food safety, HACCP was first developed for the space program in the 1960’s.
