National Seafood Sector Council Develops New Food Safety Training Materials
The National Seafood Sector Council’s (NSSC) mandate is to develop a strategic framework for human resource development in the seafood industry. One of their goals is to ensure food processors provide a safe and wholesome supply of food to their communities. Kasar was recently hired by NSSC to develop new training tools addressing food safety and security on the plant floor.
